Shipping
Artwork and apparel are produced to order, so every order has a short production window before it ships.
Before it ships
Production time
Apparel is typically made within 2–5 business days. Framed prints, canvas and metal prints usually take 3–7 business days, since each piece is printed, mounted and packed individually.
United States
Domestic delivery
Standard delivery arrives roughly 3–7 business days after production. Larger framed and metal pieces ship in reinforced packaging and may travel on a separate service from apparel in the same order.
Worldwide
International delivery
International orders generally arrive within 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and local handling. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Tracking
Following your order
A tracking link is emailed as soon as each parcel leaves the production facility. Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel and therefore under more than one tracking number.
Important
Duties and customs
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Problems
Damaged or lost parcels
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the artwork and contact the studio within 14 days of delivery — damaged items are replaced.
