Copyright in the artwork
All photographs, digital artwork, designs and text on this site are the property of Michael B. Lloyd and are protected by copyright. Images may not be copied, reproduced, printed, resold, used commercially or used to train machine learning models without written permission. Purchasing a print or garment transfers ownership of that physical item only, not the copyright or any reproduction rights.
Products, colors and availability
Every piece is produced to order. Screens vary, so the color and tone you see on your device may differ slightly from the finished print or garment. Frame, size and fabric options are shown per item and may change as suppliers change.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may be updated at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Checkout, payment processing and order fulfilment are handled in the store linked from each item.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timeframes and the returns process are set out on the shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms.
Commissions and licensing
Commissioned work and image licensing are agreed separately in writing, including scope, usage and fees. Contact the studio to discuss a project.
Liability
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.
